• Capture new data and update an underlying Smartsheet.

• Set layout options and default values.
• Adjust security settings, automated responses and design theme to make the user experience as straightforward as possible.  

We’ll also explore the Conditional Logic area where you can show only the fields, *headings or *dividers that are relevant.

Chief Smartsheet Solutions officer Debbie Sawyer will also present a run down on how you can use helper columns within forms to provide a set of dropdown values that relate to previous responses within the form, creating the appearance of conditional dropdown list values.

Clients are often asking us, “How can we use forms to UPDATE rows in Smartsheet?”  Smartsheet offers an Update Request function, however Update Request forms are not customisable.
