An award winning Event Planning Company is using Smartsheet to run the Super Bowl.

Populous is a project management company that has run the Super Bowl for years. And up until three years ago, everyone involved in making the Super Bowl happen, like the security teams, hot dog vendors, and clean-up crew – were all emailing a giant spreadsheet around to each other that contained every detail of the event.

“It was untenable,” said Marc Klein, a senior associate with Populous who oversees the Super Bowl event planning.
