Copy Workspaces, Complete with Cell Links<\/h2>\n

Copy your best folders and workspaces to make any project repeatable. Start new without re-creating anything — Smartsheet automatically copies over all of your reports and linked cells for you. No more manual copying and pasting.<\/p>\n

To copy a folder or workspace: \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Go to the Home<\/em> tab<\/li>\n
  2. Select the workspace or folder you want to clone<\/li>\n
  3. Right-click and select \u201cSave As New<\/em>\u201d<\/li>\n
  4. Choose the items you want to keep in your new folder or workspace<\/li>\n
  5. Select \u201cOK<\/em>\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Cell links that are pointing to a sheet included in the folder or workspace that you are copying will be automatically remapped. As a result, the new cell links will point to copies rather than the originals.<\/p>\n
