When your Smartsheet is updated, all users get an email alert but did you know you can customise and simplify these?
Here’s how:
✅ Select Customize Message
✅ Go to ‘Message Includes’ and select ‘Links to sheet and specific fields’
✅ Choose which fields you want to include from the drop down list
✅ Now only these fields will be included in the alert
