
Conversation Pane

Adding comments to the conversation pane is great, with the ability of multiple conversations per row and being able to mention people directly for notifications purposes. But when you just need to see the latest comment made, scrolling through all conversation threads to find that update is sometimes time consuming and can potentially lead to missing important information.
So, next time you are in the conversation pane, why don’t you go to the Three Vertical Dots menu (kebab menu) in the top right corner of the pane, and select Insert latest comments column. This will add a new column to the grid and update it automatically with the latest comment from each row’s conversations.
This is a great column to have in a report, as it gives visibility to the latest news without the need to click on each row’s individual speech bubble. 🗨️🙌💡
