Query Strings #2

In these tutorial videos, we are showing how you can pre-populate a form with data stored in a Smartsheet row. For example, you have client orders in a sheet and you’d like to collect feedback from those clients in a review sheet. To pre-fill the clients name, email address and the products they purchased before sending them the form will help engagement at the client end on returning the form.
In tutorial #1 we created a Form URL by inserting text from a row to automatically update the fields in a form. In this video we will be showing you how to create a column formula with the customised content, instead of the manual method shown previously. The column formula can send text, email address and even values from a multi-select column into a form as pre-filled data too.
You’ll find clever use of nesting functions on display within today’s tip. We’d love your feedback in the comments.
